Heather Carpenter
Patient Care Coordinator
Heather has 20 years of experience as an X-ray/CT Tech and has always been passionate about healthcare. "While I loved my time in radiology, I realized I could still make a difference and use my skills to help others even after stepping away from my career due to health reasons." Now, as a patient coordinator, she is able to combine her personal experiences with her passion for helping people as she is able to guide patients with care and compassion throughout their healthcare journeys. When she is not in the office, you’ll find her walking her dogs with an audiobook in her ears, practicing some calming yin or restorative yoga, or hitting the weights for a good strength-training session. She is also a certified run coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals and stay active while finding joy and purpose. Additionally, she is an endo warrior, navigating chronic health challenges, giving her a special, empathetic perspective on what patients are going through.

Emma Brown
Patient Care Coordinator
Emma Brown is a fourth year senior at Xavier University with an Exercise Science major and a double minor in Pre Physical Therapy and Applied Health Sciences. She has been interested in physical therapy throughout her college career and enjoys learning about different ways to get the body moving and how to create healthy habits. Emma enjoys various activities outside of her school and work life like cooking, weight training, walking, and is involved in her school choir. She is excited to learn more about the world of pelvic health physical therapy!
